1. Order Inspection

Please check your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@maienauld.com.
Include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition
All tags and packaging are intact
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

This applies to all products, including items from our Modern Elegant Necklaces, Modern Floral Geometric, and Luxe Geometric Crystal collections.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Wait for return approval and instructions
Ship the item to the address provided

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs
Change of mind or personal preference: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or personalized products
Items marked as “Final Sale”

6. EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
